Had a lifetime of severe depression and crippling anxiety , only my meds keep me ticking over. Am currently on a two year waiting list for counseling ( AGAIN) , mental health services are practically non existent here in the UK .

I had to get off my anxiety meds due to not being able to tolerate the side effects. My dr put me on Phentermine and my anxiety came back with a vengeance. I had to stop taking it. My anxiety is so bad I fear I won’t be able to do my job properly. I probably need a therapist. Thanks for sharing. ❤

I am so proud of you,and little at a time to find out more about you. My daughter also has GAD plus OCD just recently diagnosed with ADHD. She created an amazing journal that has helped her so much. One day at a time and to me being validated is so important. Glad you have great friends and support system makes a big difference. Blessings ❤

The haircut and most of the items you tried on look great! Although I am not into the Arula aesthetic, I like the look on you. The print dress you tried on in a smaller size looked fabulous. I shop at H&M but it annoys me when they go cheap on the fabric and expensive on the price. That said, the cornflower blue dress looks like it was made for you. Cheers!

This is the first try on haul channel I clicked on. My name is also Rebecca. I'm a size 20 and 5"3 What are the chances of that?!

The last dress and the colorful swimsuit were my favs! I haven't had the best luck with BloomChic, but I may have to try again.

My daughter has severe autism. It’s hard to measure and is usually a 4x in Terra and sky clothes. Everyone keeps saying TEMU run small but I am confused about the sizing because it will say 3X or 4X but then each product will also have different measurements that don’t necessarily match those measurements so you go by your actual size like 3X or 4X or do you have to go by each individual items measurements. I am not plus size and I have no clue. I was just going to order her 5X to be safe, but it looks like some of those measurements might be too small. I am thinking I should just go with the measurements of each item do you have any advice her waist measures 54 and her hips measure 52 she is 5’7 thanks so much!
